Thank you for choosing Wheezi. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, delivery, and fulfillment.
đźšš Order Processing
⦿ All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment location in Illinois, USA.
⦿ Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
⦿ Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST may ship out the same day.
⦿ We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

- Delivery timeframes vary by country and may be affected by customs clearance procedures.

📬 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
đź§ľ Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order is returned to us due to an address error, we can re-ship it after confirming the correct address and receiving a re-shipping fee.
❌ Lost or Stolen Packages
Wheezi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
