We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wheezi. If you're not happy with your product, please review our return and refund policy below.

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date if the following conditions are met:

– The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
– Items that are used, damaged, or modified are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective
– A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns (excluding defective or incorrect items)

To initiate a return, email support@wheezi.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions.


πŸ’³ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

– Refunds are issued to your original payment method
– A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund (unless exempt)
– Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days


❌ Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

– Subscription payments (after billing)
– Gift cards
– Digital/downloadable products
– Items marked as final sale
– Products damaged from misuse or tampering

We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us within 7 days of delivery.
