We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wheezi. If you're not happy with your product, please review our return and refund policy below.
π Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date if the following conditions are met:
β The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
β Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
β Items that are used, damaged, or modified are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective
β A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns (excluding defective or incorrect items)
To initiate a return, email support@wheezi.com with your order number and reason for return. Weβll send you return instructions.
π³ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weβll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
β Refunds are issued to your original payment method
β A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund (unless exempt)
β Refunds are typically processed within 5β10 business days
β Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
β Subscription payments (after billing)
β Gift cards
β Digital/downloadable products
β Items marked as final sale
β Products damaged from misuse or tampering
π Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrived defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email us within 7 days of delivery.
